一、滑環(huán)拆卸清洗流程：
1、關(guān)閉所有通過滑環(huán)的電流和信號
2、拆卸支撐板上的螺釘，讓定子框架可以旋轉(zhuǎn);
3、按照箭頭方向退出滑環(huán)殼體;
4、將“滑環(huán)清洗劑”對準(zhǔn)環(huán)道進行噴射清洗;旋轉(zhuǎn)定子框架，可 以清洗導(dǎo)電環(huán)道
5、讓清洗后的滑環(huán)揮發(fā)10—20 分鐘。
注意事項：
1、應(yīng)該是專業(yè)維護人員拆卸清洗滑環(huán)，一般人員請勿試圖拆卸滑環(huán);
2、除非特別臟污，一般清洗不需要拆卸PCB電路板，只需要旋轉(zhuǎn)定子框架就可以清洗全部導(dǎo)電環(huán)道;
3、禁止將刷針從PCB電路板上面取出。因為每一根刷針的彈性壓力都經(jīng)過準(zhǔn)確調(diào)整，你拆卸后不可能讓它還原。
二、滑環(huán)的潤滑裝配流程
1、待清洗劑充分揮發(fā)以后，將“滑環(huán)潤滑劑”均勻的噴灑到導(dǎo)電環(huán)表面;旋轉(zhuǎn)定子框架，可以讓潤滑劑噴灑得更加均勻;
2、安裝橡膠密封圈，安裝滑環(huán)外殼;固定支撐板螺釘。
三、滑環(huán)清洗劑的選擇
1、清洗劑的要求：滑環(huán)清洗劑應(yīng)該能夠溶解輕油形成的油垢，溶解電弧形成的積碳 和脂肪類污物等，有較強的揮發(fā)性能。
清洗劑不能對金屬有腐蝕作用，不能使橡膠或塑料老化或脆裂。建議使用專門“滑環(huán)”清洗噴霧劑”。
四、滑環(huán)潤滑劑的選擇
1、滑環(huán)潤滑劑應(yīng)該有較小的表面張力，能夠均勻的分布在導(dǎo)電環(huán)道 表面;
2、滑環(huán)潤滑劑能夠減少環(huán)道與刷針接觸表面的摩擦阻力、減少磨損， 防止環(huán)道和刷針的氧化、腐蝕。
3、滑環(huán)潤滑劑的粘度應(yīng)該對溫度變化不敏感，在-40°C的時候粘度沒有明顯增加，在80°C 的時候不揮發(fā)。
