①應(yīng)能保證被加工工件的精度和表面粗糙度。
②使加工路線比較短，減少空行程時(shí)間，提高加工效率。
③盡量簡(jiǎn)化數(shù)值計(jì)算的工作量，簡(jiǎn)化加工程序。
④對(duì)于某些重復(fù)使用的程序，應(yīng)使用子程序。
In NC lathe processing, the determination of the processing route generally follows the following principles.
1 It should be able to guarantee the accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece being processed.
Make the processing route the shortest, reduce the empty travel time and improve the processing efficiency.
3 Try to simplify the workload of numerical calculations and simplify the processing process.
