產(chǎn)品加工工藝的合理性
1.構(gòu)成輪廓的幾何條件
在車削加工中手工編程時,要計算每個節(jié)點坐標(biāo);在自動編程時,要對構(gòu)成輪廓所有幾何元素進行定義。因此在分析圖時應(yīng)注意:
(1)圖上是否漏掉某尺寸,使其幾何條件不充分,影響到輪廓的構(gòu)成;
(2)圖上的圖線位置是否模糊或尺寸標(biāo)注不清,使編程無法下手;
(3)圖上給定的幾何條件是否不合理,造成數(shù)學(xué)處理困難。
(4)圖上尺寸標(biāo)注方法應(yīng)適應(yīng)數(shù)控車床加工的特點,應(yīng)以同一基準(zhǔn)標(biāo)注尺寸或直接給出坐標(biāo)尺寸。
2.尺寸精度要求
分析圖樣尺寸精度的要求,以判斷能否利用車削工藝達(dá)到,并確定控制尺寸精度的工藝方法。
在該項分析過程中,還可以同時進行一些尺寸的換算,如增量尺寸與對尺寸及尺寸鏈計算等。在利用數(shù)控車床車削時,常常對要求的尺寸取最大和比較小極限尺寸的平均值作為編程的尺寸依據(jù)。
