(1)數(shù)控加工中心的功能
數(shù)控加工中心是一種功能較全的數(shù)控加工機(jī)床。它把銑削、鏜削、鉆削、攻螺紋和切削螺紋等功能集中在一臺(tái)設(shè)備上,使其具有多種工藝手段。加工中心設(shè)置有刀庫(kù),刀庫(kù)中存放著不同數(shù)量的各種刀具或檢具,在加工過程中由程序自動(dòng)選用和更換。
(2)數(shù)控加工中心的自動(dòng)化程度高

數(shù)控加工中心的加工質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,多品種、小批量生產(chǎn)情況下生產(chǎn)效率較高,能減少生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備、機(jī)床調(diào)整和工序檢驗(yàn)的時(shí)間,而且由于使用比較佳切削量而減少了切削時(shí)間,并且可加工常規(guī)方法難于加工的復(fù)雜型面,甚至能加工一些無(wú)法觀測(cè)的加工部位。
